Our recruiters are in continuous contact about new contract opportunities, our sales team checks in with consultants when they are on-site, and the EDGE Services back office staff works with you to make sure all of the details are covered. We want you and the client to have a smooth, successful experience.

Our goal is to keep our consultants working - through renewals on ongoing projects or placement in new opportunities. Our recruiters and sales team are in constant contact, evaluating current and upcoming client needs, renewal status, and consultants approaching completion dates. We constantly strive to find a strong fit between your skills and our clients’ opportunities.

EDGE maintains an internal database of qualified candidates/consultants.

We track your availability whether you are currently working for EDGE or not, so that we can keep you abreast of our pipeline of consulting opportunities.

Most EDGE assignments require travel and work at client site. Some assignments may be available for a work-from-home arrangement. EDGE utilizes an hourly or monthly pay model during each consulting assignment.
